  • How are the lunches organised?
    Lunches will be held in various partner restaurants in Biarritz. As with your accommodation, you will be notified of your lunch venues 48 to 72 hours before the event.
  • I have dietary restrictions. Who should I contact?
    You can submit your dietary restrictions (vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.) directly in your personal space, under MY TRAVEL INFO.

  • Which hotel will I be staying in? When will I be informed of the hotel where I will be staying?
    You will receive your accommodation information by email 48 to 72 hours before the event. If you do not receive this information, please contact us immediately.
  • Are there shuttles to/from the train station and airport? From my hotel to the venue?

    Complimentary rotating shuttles are available between Biarritz train station / airport and the venue on the first and last day of the event. Shuttles will also be available between hotels, networking parties venues and the Bellevue/Casino during the 3-day event. Please note that most hotels are within walking distance from the events'venues.

    For more information on timetables and routes, go to the dedicated section of the website, in your personal space, or on the mobile application. Please note that these timetables won't be available before the month of September.

  • Do I have to buy my own plane/train tickets?

    Yes, you can choose your dates and travel arrangements. However, we encourage you to travel by train whenever possible. Guests may be eligible for a refund of their travel costs, under certain conditions.

    Every year, One to One Expérience Client (formerly One to One Digital Marketing) brings together digital marketing and customer experience decision-makers and their solution providers in Biarritz for 3 days of pre-planned, tailor-made business meetings, conferences and qualified networking opportunities.

  • How to participate in One to One Expérience Client?

    Each delegate must complete an application from our website. To ensure the quality of the event, each application is subject to:

    • For Partners: validation of their offer by the editorial committee, which makes sure the offer is relevant to the needs and challenges of the market.
    • For Guests: validation de leurs profils et projets d’investissement par l’équipe Guest Expérience.

     

    This is an exclusive business event, open only to industry professionals with a valid invitation. We reserve the right to invalidate an application if the profile and/or investment project does not meet the sector's expectations.

  • What are the main steps of the participation process?

    For guests :

    • While sending a participation request, you'll be asked to detail your business needs and investment project
    • If your request is accepted after the review of your profile, you will get access to your personal space to complete your business informations
    • One month before the event, the One to One meeting platform will be available for you to send and receive meeting requests to/from exhibiting partners
    • On the day, you will meet the partners you have agree to meet for a 30min one to one meeting in Biarritz!


    For partners :

    • After completing the form on our website, the sales team will get back to you to evaluate your needs
    • After reviewing your request and validation of your quote, you will get access to your personnal space to complete your company's information
    • As soon as the One to One platform opens, you will be able to accept and send meeting requests to the guests of you interest.
    • From 1 to 3  october, your team will meet those guests for a 30 min one to one meeting each in Biarritz!

  • What's a One to One Meeting?
    One to One meetings are highly qualified 30-minute meetings between guests and exhibiting partners. These meetings are pre-programmed ahead of the event from the participants' personal spaces, according to their needs and projects, using our matchmaking platform. So everyone attends the event with a fixed meeting schedule.
  • Can I recommend the event to a colleague or contact in my network?
    You can recommend a member of your network. To do so, you can invite them to fill in a participation request directly using the dedicated form or send us their contact details. We will contact them promptly. The information provided will be processed automatically in compliance with the RGPD.

  • How do I log in to my personal space?
    You can access your personal space from dedicated button at the top of any page of the website using the email address you provided when you registered.
  • I've lost the access codes for my personal space. What should I do?
    Click on "Personal space" then on "Forgot password" in the login box and follow the instructions.
  • Where can I find my login details for the mobile application?
    Your login details for the mobile application are identical to those used for your personal space.
  • Who can I chat with during the event?
    Chat is available to participants via the mobile app. It enables you to communicate with all participants attending One to One Expérience Client.

  • How can I take part in a plenary session or workshop?

    Access to plenary sessions is free upon presentation of your RFID wristband to the hostesses at the entrance to the rooms.

    Access to workshops is by registration in advance of the event, from the personal area, for unitqument guests. Please note! The number of places available is limited.

  • All the workshops I want to attend are full. How can I get in?
    We recommend that you arrive at the workshop venue a few minutes before the start of the workshop. If places are finally available, you will be granted access.
  • Will the conferences and keynotes be available for replay?
    Partly, yes. Only conferences and keynotes held in the auditorium (Bellevue) will be available on replay on our Youtube channel and website.
  • How can I become a speaker or submit a topic?
    You can submit your application to [email protected], mentioning your expertise and added value.
  • Do I have to register for activities to take part?
    Each of the activities on offer has a limited number of places available and requires prior registration in your personal space, under "Activities". You will be notified by email when registration opens.

  • What do I need to access the event?

    To access the event, you will be asked to show valid proof of identity (ID card or passport only) as well as the email confirming your participation (available on the mobile app) when you check in at the hotel and at the Bellevue.

     

    Your access badge will be given to you on arrival at the event reception desk.

  • Is the event accessible to people with reduced mobility?
    The Bellevue and Casino both comply with European standards in terms of accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
  • Is a concierge service available on site?
    A concierge service is available during the 3-day event for all your information requests, cab bookings, etc.
